WIN – Women’s International Networking is an international women’s leadership organization with the goal to inspire women worldwide. WIN aims to increase the number of women in decision-making by modelling, developing, empowering and connecting women in a global way. With its leading edge approach, the WIN Conference has become the reference point for aware modern women working internationally, conscious men and world-class organizations active in the field of women’s empowerment and leadership development, innovation as well as diversity and inclusion.

WIN hosts close to a thousand participants each year who come from more than 90 nations bringing both an intercultural as well as an intergenerational perspective. At WIN, participants have a chance to meet face to face with the women and men who lead the way, are running organizations with purpose, doing work that matters, playing a bigger game.
