UntitlDiaspora Demo Day is a start-up showcase spotlighting emerging companies and social enterprises focused on Africa and the African diaspora in celebration of Global Entrepreneurship Week. The event is a collaboration between tiphub, the African Technology Foundation, and She Leads Africa. She Leads Africa will take (7) start-ups to the showcase and facilitate introductions to investors, mentors, and potential partners in Washington DC. To be eligible to apply:
  • Start-up must have a female co-founder who will pitch the business, Start-up must focus on Africa or the African diaspora, Start-up must have a live product in the market, Companies not based in the US, must be able to pay 50% of trip costs to Washington, DC
