The Andela Fellowship is a four-year, paid technical leadership program designed to shape its fellows into elite software developers. Through training and work with top global technology companies, fellows will master the professional and technical skills needed to become technology leaders, both on the African continent and around the world. The program requires that fellows dedicate themselves to the broader Andela community and requires that fellows apply themselves to constantly improve personally and professionally throughout the four years of the Fellowship.
